My Goal Is To Grow My Business + Raise Funds For Art Supplies & To Inspire
I want to grow my business, get off of disability some day, live on my own, pay for my insurance, and everything that I need to live.
I need money for Art supplies, software, the latest computers, Adobe Creative Cloud, new technology, iPads, streaming services, continued education streaming services, hard drives, fire safe boxes for hard drives, cloud storage, test prints and test Art products, Spotify, travel, food, hotels, plane tickets, google ads, costs for shop and website, and I’m sure more things that I can’t think of right now.
I inspire people in NAMI and in the Coachella Valley Mental Health Community. I will do my best to stay healthy and strong and to be there for people like I have been for years. I love to support creative people in my life in my own way, such as my Friend’s Art Group, by going to their events and Art shows. I have supported my friends’ women’s group. It brings me joy when I buy my friends’, treats, pizza, coffee, ice cream to cheer them up, I volunteered at La Quinta High School's Photo Class when I was in college. I have been in Mental Health Art Shows through out the Coachella Valley, and I have also given hundreds of dollars of stickers away. I have also donated my Barber supplies, as I continue to recover from a mental illness. I grew up always going to the rescue mission to donate supplies for the holidays with my Mom. During Hurricane Katrina, I went with my Mom to donate supplies that she got from her classes. I created Instagram accounts for my pugs so people can see pictures of my dogs, and I also showed Disneyland trip pictures online. We went there over 40 times in a few years, and my family and I also went to Universal Studios when my family used to have year round passes for both Disneyland and for Universal Studios. My Mom and I are there for each other, and we help each other stay healthy. I got both of us into making sourdough bread, her into making Art, and into doing TM. I helped her find ways to lower her blood pressure. I started The Nature Photography Club in college, I even donated to Art Center College of Design when I didn’t have much money, I have done story circles with my friends, and I have also supported friends who attended AA. I threw social events in high school. I have also cut homeless people’s hair, washed their hair, did their beard trims and shaves, as I listened to their stories, I was told by two of my clients that I had given them their best haircuts of their lives. One of these clients had just gotten out of rehab, and he was so grateful that I had listened to his story. I have rescued dogs, and I have also helped several dogs find their owners. I have brought friends food when they were sick. I live with my Mom, and we take care of each other. I used to go visit my grandma in her retirement home, and I would help her sometimes if she needed help when eating her food. I have made videos teaching people how I like to draw on YouTube. I have also inspired many people in the mental health community, in hospitals, during group therapy, my therapists, my peer support specialists, and even my Dr.s. I have discovered models, and I have inspired my friends with photography and with making Art.
I did most of this while living with Bipolar 1 Disorder.
Your Support will help me live my best life ever, grow, pay for Art supplies, be the best version of myself, and continue to inspire others.
Thank you for your donations :)
